Allo scopo di garantire il massimo di sicurezza negli accessi all'applicazione ProcessFrame erogata come servizio in cloud (denominata ProcessCloud), abbiamo rivisto le modalità di accesso:

1. Per le aziende con una propria directory Microsoft in cloud, non cambia niente: il pulsante invia alla pagina Microsoft di login che opera in single-sign-on con Office 365
2. Per gli utenti che inserivano direttamente in ProcessFrame userid e password, è necessario cliccare sul pulsante .
Al primo accesso è necessario poi cliccare sull'url "cambia password" e successivamente:

a. inserire la propria mail aziendale e ricevere un codice di accesso da inserire nella pagina;
b. inserire una nuova password e attivare il proprio autenticator (Google o Microsoft) con il QRCode mostrato nella pagina

Gli accessi successivi avverranno tramite il pulsante Login ProcessCloud , con inserimento di password e di codice generato dall'app authenticator

In order to provide the highest access control to the ProcessFrame application delivered as SaaS (named ProcessCloud), the access process has been updated as following:

1. Companies with their own Azure Active Directory see no change: the button redirects users to the Microsoft login page, operating in single-sign-on with Office 365
2. Users accessing ProcessFrame with local userid/password must click the . The first time they access the system they must click the "password forgotten" link and then they must:

a. insert their email address, to receive an access code to insert in the lage
b. insert a new password and activate their authenticator (Google o Microsoft) with the QRCode shown in the page

After the first access, the following login's will use the newly inserted password together with the code generated by the Authenticator App
